Ok it might be cheesy but we went for it.  For your comfort we have some of the highest efficiency products on the market today.  We carry the York brand that have some of the greatest products for home and business.  The York air conditioning and heat pumps use the new R410 freon that is enviromentally safe and meets the high standards of the EPA.  We also use the Amana and Trane products when they are warranted for the application at hand.  With new technologies we are seeing many of these high efficient units cool an entire home for less than $100.00 for the whole summer.  The York 2 stage 18 SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio)  also does a wonderful job of lowering the humidity level in your home.  While operating at low stage most of the time, can on warm days pull enough moisture out of your home to fill a bathtub. There are Federal tax credits available for these products up to 30% with a cap at $1500.00 for qualifing home owners.

 

Todays hottest products would be the Climate Master Geothermal heat pumps.  These are heating & cooling units that use the renewable energy of the ground to help keep your home comfortable while having the lowest cost of operation today.  We offer system installation of both open and closed loop.  The open loop means we can use your existing well water to pull temperature by borrowing the water and then returning it to the ground through a field tile, stream, or drainage ditch.  The closed loop is a series of pipes buried in the ground that is filled with an antifreeze solution that circulates over and over carrying the needed temperature, given up by the earth, to your heat pump.

You might have something that looks like this and are just needing some help with it.  No fear! We can service all makes and models.  The relationships we've forged over the years have given us the ability to purchase parts for any number of different brands that we come across.  We also keep a wide array of universal parts on our trucks to try to service most all of the systems we come across.  We have a saying that we should be able to service 80% of all calls with what we stock on our trucks.  To cover 100% we would have to send our technicians out in semi-truck trailers.  There are really only a hand full of manufactures building equipment today.  Many of the name brands are made by someone other than themselves.  For example Carrier builds products under the names; "Bryant", "Payne", "Day/Night", and a few others.  Trane is American Standard.  Rheem is Rude and Weatherking.  Coleman and Luxaire are York, and so on, and so on.  The bottom line is that we service them all.  When you need comfort fast, think of us.
